We understand that organizations extend substantial investments to elevate performance. These efforts are largely spearheaded by the HR department. But quite often training and development programs fail to have a long-lasting impact on business results.

Therefore, it is critically essential for all HR professionals to demonstrate the skills and strategic capabilities to execute effective talent strategies in alignment with t and organizational vision.

The Leadershift Development Workshop provides expert instruction, engaging group discussion,  and real-time coaching. This curriculum was designed in alignment with the Five Distinctions of Strategic HR Leader: IMPACT, INFLUENCE, INSPIRATION, INNOVATION, and INTEGRATION.

Participating teams will be required to execute a practical project. Upon completion, the team will present a project summary to quantify and validate impact on organizational key performance indicators.

Upon commencement each participant will earn a certificate of mastery to validate their business acumen and strategic abilities. But more importantly they will truly begin to see their role through a value-add lens.

The Five Distinctions of a Strategic HR Leader course offers you an an alternative that will truly elevate your professional capabilities, impact and credibility.

This course includes expert instruction, engaging group discussion, and cross-industry networking. This curriculum was designed to enhance your strategic skills: IMPACT, INFLUENCE, INSPIR-ATION, INNOVATION and INTEGRATION.

Through the execution of a practical project and individual coaching sessions, you will establish a strong business acumen. You will learn how to quantify impact upon your organization's key performance indicators and others will begin to see your role through a value-added lens.

Enrollment is limited. Applications are currently open to professionals from both the public and private sectors. If selected, you will join a cohort of about 15 other participants. Most sessions will be conducted in-person locally, but some digital learning may be needed.


You will not only receive a certificate of mastery, -you will also earn 10+ CEU's, PDC's (SHRM) and Strategic-Business credits (HRCI).
