This is the first of our Happy Hour series where we aim to bring together business and HR leaders in the greater Minneapolis area for a night of networking and discussion.

To kick off this quarterly series, the night will center around the topic “Navigating the Post-Normal Era of HR together.” You’ll hear from our CEO Sara Christiansen as she speaks about her philosophy around a modern strategic HR leader including the practice of what she has dubbed “talent assurance”.

The evening will also feature breakout conversations, a celebratory toast to Sara’s new book over glasses of prosecco (or sparkling water), a bountiful charcuterie board, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow professionals.
