As CEO of HR Leadershift, Sara leads HR training, consulting, and impactful events designed to drive organizational change and growth. With her engaging and interactive facilitation style, she connects with professionals at all levels, energizing individuals and teams to perform at their best.

Katelyn Roudebush

Katelyn is the Director of Marketing and Business Development with a background in Journalism, which means she's spent a lot of time writing, editing, and telling stories. Over the last six years, she's shifted her focus to digital marketing, helping brands craft compelling content that connects with their audience.

AT HR Leadershift Katelyn leverages her passion for podcasts (she's written, edited, hosted and produced a ton of them), event planning and creativity to bring content to life.
 

When she's not working, you can find her sewing, baking, or hanging out with her boyfriend, her dog, Pebble, and her cat, Diana, in beautiful New England.
